“Because of Camp…™ illustrates
what the camp community has known for almost
150 years – simply put, camp changes
lives,” said Peg L. Smith,
ACA’s chief executive officer. “The

of camp, define us, even as adults. Camp
has changed many lives, introduced people
to new passions, and broadened horizons.”
Each year, camp provides ten million children
with the opportunity to connect
