sus hijos
5 de abril de 2005, INDIANAPOLIS, IN—Para
hacer a los padres hispanoparlantes más
fácil y cómoda la labor de
encontrar información sobre la experiencia
del campamento para sus hijos, American
Camp Association (ACA) lanza un sitio en
la Red dedicado a la familia y de fácil
navegación, y un folleto en español.
El sitio matriz, www.CampParents.org,
en español forma parte de las iniciativas
de concienciación de ACA, diseñadas
para presentar los beneficios de los campamentos
a nuevas familias. Además, se ha
creado un folleto nuevo, Destinación
CAMPAMENTO, para que los campamentos y las
oficinas locales de ACA lo usen como parte
de sus programas de acercamiento a las familias.
El sitio en la Red para las familias ofrece
consejo profesional de autoridades destacadas
en el campo del desarrollo infantil y de
expertos en campamentos de ACA. Fundada
en 1910 y diseñada para garantizar
la calidad de los programas de campamento
en todo el país, American Camp Association
es la única organización educativa,
acreditadora y sin fines lucrativos del
país que cuenta con más de
7.000 profesionales de campamentos. Como
autoridad destacada en el desarrollo infantil,
ACA trabaja para conservar, promocionar
y mejorar la experiencia de campamento en
