The use of the American Camping Association
Accredited Camp signs, seals, and logos
is a privilege reserved for camps that
are currently accredited. Such symbolism
conveys to the public that a camp has met
the ACA's criteria for the accreditation
designation displayed. All indications
of ACA accreditation and approval are protected
by U.S. trademark laws. Any improper use
of those symbols by unaccredited parties
is an infringement of U.S. trademark law
and should be reported to ACA National
Office. Infringers will be prosecuted
to the full extent of the law.
